How do I use my account?

What file types do you support?

Yes, we support ebay motors.

How do I insert an image into my ebay auction?
Simply follow the 6 step process found in our ebay tutorial.

What is the max file size that I can upload?
Our file size limit is set at 500KB, but in all reality, your images do not need to be any larger than 100KB. If your images are over 100KB, you can easily resize them with the JPEG Resizer.

How much bandwidth do I get for a file transfer?
There is currently no set bandwidth limit, as long as your account is used within reason.

How do I cancel my account?
Login to your account and click the [Account Preferences] button found on the "Account Manager" page. Scroll down and click the "cancel your membership" link.
